About Marisol

My Background

Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, I worked in the export industry. I oversaw all export documentation and logistics of shipments to numerous worldwide destinations.

That career not only taught me the importance of creating and maintaining relationships with clients, it also made me very detail oriented, organized and meticulous when it comes to analyzing contracts, which I constantly put into practice.

As a Realtor, my priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.

My clients can count on me any time of the day when they have a question or concern. It’s a privilege to be of service and to be a part of such a milestone moment in people’s lives.

About 80% of my business is based on referrals from satisfied clients who become friends. My enthusiasm for helping others and my relentless determination help me connect with people and provide them the best service possible.

My Real Estate career so far

kw

I was lucky to start my career with Keller Williams, which allowed me to expand my network and knowledge. I loved partaking in the multiple classes and resources offered by the company. In addition, KW allowed me to explore my passion for continuous learning and improvement. I have attended Family Reunion many times, where I met other agents and got a chance to learn from great speakers in and out of the Real Estate field.

After many years of learning with this outstanding company, I was ready to take my career to the next level. So, in early 2022 I joined my longtime friend and mentor, Lolin Arcia, at United Realty Group. One is always learning in Real Estate, and working more independently at the side of such a seasoned professional has taught me a whole new set of skills. I am excited for this next chapter and what that means for my clients and me.

My Hobbies

Book

When I’m not assisting my Real Estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading self-help books or volunteering at a convent in Opa-Locka to help less fortunate people called The Marianitas Sisters.

I am always looking for good books on self improvement and have read my favorites multiple times. My favorite authors include John Maxwell and Wayne Dyer, his book The Erroneous Zones is one of my all time favorites.
